Mediterranean cruise?

this summer my family and i are going an a 7 night Mediterranean cruise.
this is our itinerary:
Barcelona
Monte Carlo
Florence/Pisa (Livorno)
Rome (Civitavecchia)
Naples
Palma
Barcelona

so we only have about 5-7 hrs in each place. We know that we wont be able to do everything we want but what are some fun things that we could do? We would really like to include aspects of history, art and architecture as well as shopping and food. We are pretty set on our plans in Rome but as far as the other ports, we are looking for any ideas.
Thanks!

Monte Carlo go to see the Royal Palace and the grave site for former Princess Grace. The casinos in Monte Carlo charge a fee to go inside and then you can’t even take photos so skip that;$10 per person.

Florence/Pisa you’ll for sure want to go see the leaning tower of Pisa in Pisa and then see the statue of David in Florence. The church Duomo has some interesting graves inside including Galileo’s.

In Naples you’ll for sure want to go see Pompeii. Its worth the time and has a lot to see.
