Me and my friend want to go to Europe next summer. We both enjoy art (drawing, painting etc.) and want that to be the center of the tour. We don’t want to just look at art but rather do it ourselves in a sort of class. The ideal is to go to different famous European sights and draw/ paint them.

One idea would be to pick your favorite European artists, and visit the areas where they painted.
For museums, I recommend cities like London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Humlebaek Denmark (the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is excellent), Florence and St Petersburg. There’s a good list here:

For scenery, places like Iceland, the Scottish Highlands, the Alps from France to Slovenia, Tuscany, the Balkan coast, Plitvice Lakes in Croatia and the Norwegian fjords are really beautiful.
And it’s easy enough to figure out where famous landmarks are, just search the names. There are many unusual sites too, which may not be obvious, like the Roussanou Monastery in Greece, Eilean Donan castle in Scotland or Kaysersberg in France.
Drop by Paris, Munich and Prague.
